The Lycée Français International Victor Hugo in Frankfurt is home to almost a thousand students, from preschool to high school, from all corners of the globe. French language instruction, multilingualism, and cultural openness are central to our teaching, creating a dynamic and friendly space for exchange and learning.
The Lycée Français Victor Hugo, directly managed by the AEFE, enforces a policy promoting professional equality between women and men.
For the 2026 school year, LFIVH is recruiting for seconded positions (postes de détachés):
- Two primary school teachers (positions may become available)
- One French/modern literature teacher (vacant position)
- One mathematics teacher (position may become available)
- One philosophy teacher (position may become available)
- One physics-chemistry teacher (position may become available)

The Lycée Français International Victor Hugo in Frankfurt is looking for substitute teachers throughout the year (for one hour, one day, etc.). A work permit is required for non-EU citizens, and all applicants must have a tax identification number in Germany.
- German teachers for elementary school (replacements when teachers are absent). Job description in French or German.
- Teachers for primary and secondary education (French required)
